The future of moving companies
Do moving companies have a future? Now that is a very apt question for the twenty first century. We are, after all, used to the concept that moving companies move on wheels. Wherever we look we see the colossal moving trucks, sometimes even semi-trailers, plugging the highways with their wares, and it doesn't occur to us that moving companies do have a future without trucks. Obviously you can point today to the air freight airlines and the huge cargo ships but the truth is the wheels and trucks are the features most deeply imprinted in our conscience. That's probably because we see them day by day and most of us are not transporting wares by air and sea. The sea and air moving companies are really a small niche of sophisticated organizations who even have a special name ? shippers. Shippers are not necessarily moving companies moving freight by ships, they can also be truck and air transporters but due to their commercial expertise they belong to a separate school, or so they say
they do. Most of us are concerned in moving assets or wares from one town to another, or from one region to another within the same country.
