What they have in mind is to pay their employees every two weeks instead of once a month as is usually the case for most companies. It is quite a mystery as to why the moving services are making this historic change in the salary array. After all for perhaps more than fifty years employees in moving services have been receiving a monthly salary. At first sight, one could say what difference does it make whether employees get their salaries from moving services once every two weeks, or once a month? However, this could be a precedent to be followed by many other companies and services throughout the globe.
